Meet Your Self
I am so excited to return to offering group retreats that weave within themselves all of my favorite tools and practices, and I invite you to join me in the Sacred Valley of the Incas, Peru.

This retreat will take place from the 22 to the 29th of October, at the stunning Green House. Our venue is a beautifully designed boutique retreat center, with a lush garden, spacious practice room and a big common area. All rooms have bathrooms and are decorated with local art.

Our 7-day journey will include somatic and embodiment-oriented movement sessions, self-inquiry practices, breathwork, learning with a wisdom keeper (and my teacher) from the Q’ero Nation, Ayrvedic massages, cacao sittings and the centerpiece - two all day ceremonies with the Andean master plant, San Pedro.

The sacred medicine of San Pedro will be served by husband, Al, who has over a decade of deep plant medicine experience, with various shamanic initiations under his belt.

Final spaces available: for one female in a double room and for one male in a double room. The investment is US$2000.

Your investment includes transport from a designated location in Cusco to the venue, and back on the last day, all meals and special food offerings on ceremony days, snacks, unlimited access to teas and purified water, a welcome gift bundle and a one-hour Ayurvedic Yoga massage (to be redeemed during the retreat).
Because of the intimate nature of this retreat and the plant medicines involved, there is a screening process and a video call involved, before accepting your application.
