Join me, and my dear friend Michaela Westermark, for my very first longer offering in Europe since leaving the continent over five years ago. I am so excited for this!

A nourishing retreat in rural Portugal, a short drive away from the stunning beaches of Ericeira. A week to reconnect, remember, re-awaken and explore the interrelationship of mind, body and Heart. Held in a container of a loving community, supported by the wisdom of Nature.
Come along for a journey of conscious movement, transformative Breath Work, somatic practices, meditation, sound and ritual, ceremonial Cacao, nourishing plant based food and stunning nature. There will also be an optional offering with a Peruvian Master Plant for those who feel ready to explore the shamanic tools given to us by Pachamama.

This week-long retreat is an invitation to explore the subtle layers of your Being, the inner landscapes that do become more obvious and tangible once we choose to dive beyond the superficial. To unplug from the every day roles and responsibilities and recharge by becoming still. To reconnect with Nature and open to her wisdom, and to perhaps be led by her teachers, the healing Plants.

Immersing ourselves in the rural life, we will move consciously, breathe deeply, engage in ritual, and honor the simple intention of clearing out of our minds, bodies and Hearts all that's stopping us from truly thriving. So that we can embrace more of what we need, and rediscover a new relationship with ourselves and thus all of Life.

Supported in a container of a conscious community, you will be gently guided and encouraged to get to know yourself in a new, more intimate way. To know the subtle within you, to hear the whispers of your heartspace.

THE SHANTI SPACE, PORTUGAL
LOCATION
​
The venue, The Shanti Space, is an old Quinta set in a national park near Mafra, Portugal. The land is endowed with beautiful fruit trees, giant oak corks, grape vines, vistas and a stream at the end of the garden.
​
We will be staying within walking distance of a Wolf Recovery Center and a short drive away from the stunning coastline of the Atlantic Ocean, famous for the surf and sunsets. Beach day bliss included in our schedule! Lisbon and the airport are less than an hour away.
​
Despite being close to the city, the Shanti Space farm is quiet and secluded. Our practice space will be inside a beautiful converted glass Victorian greenhouse.
​
The accommodation is divided into double share rooms, rooms with a king size bed (perfect for a couple!), and a dorm which sleeps six.
