What I found the most powerful in this journey of returning to love, is being witnessed in my pain, my raw authentic expression, and in those incredible moments of insight, where the quiet vast planes within my own awareness become the guiding force.
My one-on-one spiritual mentorship sessions are the time and space for YOU to be witnessed. To be heard. And to be reflected. An opportunity to share, to receive guidance, to be together in a container of presence. Some of my areas of focus are plant medicine preparation and integration, addiction recovery, healing of trauma and the resulting self-limiting beliefs and behavioral patterns, alignment and evolution across the mind-body-heart.

I don't give ready answers or tell you what to do. This is a space of your own self-mastery. I offer loving presence and a safe space to meet yourself fully. I serve as a mirror. I ask questions and share prompts, the rest is you meeting yourself, you lifting the rug, you coming to your own life-changing realizations, you coming home to y o u r s e l f.
Working with me one-on-one is an opportunity to get real and raw and honest with yourself. The 75mins-long video calls offer you a variety of tools and are a natural mix of dialogue, self-inquiry, somatic exploration, visualization and meditation. I honor the discoveries of neuroscience and neurophysiology and their acknowledgment that for us to heal and grow, and evolve, and move forward we must include the body in the process.
My own journey has been a rite of passage. I am not a spiritual authority. I am someone who knows the murky waters of pain and disconnect, and who has made it through. My own awakenings and healings, the Hero's Journey from darkness to light, want to be of service to YOU. Whatever I have learned, whatever brought me back to love, wants to be shared.

Reborn
This tender one-on-one offering comes from the learnings of my own traumatic miscarriage and then an emergency-based birth experience. Two and a half years later, and I am still picking up the pieces, grateful for the awareness that there is a deep healing yearning to happen. I witnessed the dysregulation of my nervous system, I felt my body 'stuck' in the energetically and spiritually incomplete process of birthing, and I experienced the emotional overwhelm. I have also seen how all of it interacts with my capacity to show up in motherhood and what a crucial stepping stone integrating the birth trauma is,
How common are intervention births? How common is birth trauma? How many women learn to just forget, get on with it, consumed by the newborn days, and never turn towards their trauma? How many mothers are actually supported to heal? If we mother disembodied, we pass it all on. If we mother disembodied, we mother disregulated, everything is overwhelming and triggering. If we mother disembodied, we are raising the future generations from pain.
